A sheriff in Missouri went to a construction work site on a tip there were illegal aliens working jobs Americans supposedly don’t want. The sheriff thought it was the right thing to do since his county of St. Francis has 11.1% unemployment. There were 14 illegal aliens working and he removed them from the construction site. The sheriff then called ICE and guess what? ICE is only interested if the illegals are terrorism related (remember DHS is more worried about right wingers and recently returned combat soldiers as terrorists than illegals). The sheriff was told to release all the illegals!

“Our unemployment rate right now is 11.1%,” said Bob Meynell, Carpenters’ District Council of Greater St. Louis and Vicinity. He believed the work site had been using illegal workers for some time.

“When the local police would drive by you would hear all the whistles on the job site and you’d turn around to look and 6 or 7 of them were hiding,” he said.

The Sheriff promises he will continue to investigate any calls concerning undocumented workers but fears this problem will continue.

Don’t worry Bob from the Carpenters Union, Obama will get you a job with the government. That’s where Obama is adding jobs. Obama isn’t really interested in curtailing illegals from taking jobs from Americans. He’s looking for new voters for the next election.

A tuberculosis infected man was allowed to board and fly from Philadelphia to San Francisco even though he is on a “Do Not Board” list. Comforting news, a man with a contagious disease is allowed to fly but they apprehended him after he landed in San Francisco, small comfort to all those passengers on the flight. Course those passengers? They never knew, nor were they informed because US Air didn’t want to cause undue alarm. REALLY.

Is there anything that works correctly with TSA other than targeting grandmothers and nuns?

Sick Passenger on “Do Not Board” List Flies Out of Philly

The man, who’s infected with Tuberculosis, boarded a US Airways bound for San Francisco Saturday, Centers for Disease Control officials said. U.S. Airways confirmed it was Flight 401.

He made it onto the flight even after being added to a “Do Not Board” list provided to the TSA and airlines from the CDC, officials confirmed.

snip….US Airways made the decision not to notify passengers who were on the flight, based on what the CDC told them — that there is little-to-no risk of exposure on a flight less than eight hours. This particular flight was about six hours long, according to Morgant Durrant, a spokesman for the airline.

“We don’t want to incite any undue concern,” Durrant said.

Don’t worry, a man with a highly contagious disease just sat next to you on a 6 hour flight but there’s little or no risk of exposure. A disease which is spread through the air, don’t worry though, you only sat next to this person for 6 hours!

I’m sure that Erroll Southers will be the answer to all of TSA’s problems. After all he’ll go after all those gun toting, bible thumper white Christian terrorists who are the greatest threat to our country

In his new job Arif Alikhan will be Assistant Secretary for the Office of Policy Development at the Department of Homeland Security. Alikhan has been Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles – in charge of public safety for the city.

Why Muslim Alikhan at the Department of Homeland Security you might ask? DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano said Alikhan’s “broad and impressive array of experience in national security, emergency preparedness and counterterrorism will make him an asset” – yes, but on behalf of the US or Muslims? Alikhan says a big part of his job will be fostering communication between agencies. Alikhan, like Obama, also wants to help improve America’s image with Muslims around the world. He will now set policy on security at the highest levels of the federal government. But what policies has the new Assistant Secretary embraced?

During his years in Los Angeles, Alikhan was responsible for derailing the Police Department’s plan to monitor activities within the Los Angeles Muslim community, where numerous radical mosques and madrassas existed, and where some of the 9/11 hijackers had received support from local residents.

Alikhan is strongly anti-Israel; he has referred to the terrorist organization Hezbollah as a “liberation movement.” Hezbollah is on the US official terrorist list while being an affiliate of the Muslim Public Affairs Council. Alikhan also opposed President George W. Bush’s prosecution of the war on Islamic terror.

In 2007 Alikhan was instrumental in removing the Muslim terror tracking plan in LA. The Muslim ‘Mapping’ Plan of the Los Angeles Police Department is now “dead on arrival” according to Chief William Bratton. “It is over and not just put on the side,” said Chief Bratton in a meeting with the Muslim leadership of Southern California at that time. The meeting was moderated by Arif Alikhan. Chief Bratton acknowledged the hurt and offense caused to Muslims and agreed to send a letter to the Muslim community announcing the official termination of the ‘mapping’ plan.

A major reason for the termination of the ‘mapping’ plan was the Muslim community’s vociferous opposition and active civic engagement in making themselves heard beyond Los Angeles. Muslim organizations demonstrated a strong unity of purpose and message on the issue of ‘mapping’ that led to a position of strength for Muslims in the meeting. Those involved in the initial phases of this controversy were the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California http://www.shuracouncil.org/ and the Council on American-Islamic Relations http://www.cair.com/ , the Muslim Public Affairs arm.

Other speakers included Professor Agha Saeed of the American Muslim Task Force (AMT) who spoke about “the struggle of the Muslim Community against the pervasive atmosphere of Islamophobia and hatred in the aftermath of 9/11.. It was a struggle against the tide – a very strong tide – to prevent Muslims in America from being marginalized and silenced.”

Professor Saeed issued five demands from Muslims to the Department of Justice. These demands included a cessation to the infiltration by spies of mosques and an end to the introduction of agents provocateur. In addition there was to be a cessation of attempts to undermine Muslim groups such as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). OKLAHOMA CITY – Rep. Mike Reynolds, R-Oklahoma City, said Wednesday he combed through documents from an abandoned local ACORN office because of reports of impropriety at other organization chapters.

Oklahoma City-based news and investigative website Red Dirt Report discovered documents in an abandoned local office of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now in south Oklahoma City’s “Little Mexico� neighborhood.

Investigators found computers, hard drives, documents, registration forms, I-9 employment information and boxes with return addresses to ACORN’s New Orleans home office, as well as a regional IRS office last October.

snip….ACORN, which receives millions in federal dollars for voter registration, cannot legally support one party. However, internal documents show ACORN “targetedâ€? state legislative districts in 2007 and 2008, leading up to the presidential election.

But Sheriff Arpaio is not going to be bowing down to the Obama Administration on his illegal immigration enforcement policies. In fact, Sheriff Arpaio is demanding an investigation of the Deptarment of Justice and Department of Homeland Security ulterior motives in investigating his office.

On March 10, the DOJ announced it was launching an investigation into Arpaio and his illegal immigration policies to see if he was racial profiling the Hispanic community.

Arpaio says since the investigation began, the DOJ investigators have lied to senior sheriff’s office officials and engaged in an orchestrated scheme designed to acquire documents and witness testimony surreptitiously in order to discredit Arpaio and his office.

In a letter to U.S Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Arpaio voiced his concerns about the DOJ’s investigation into his office.

One concern was that the DOJ and DHS officials obtained interviews and documents from senior sheriff’s officials who should have been entitled to legal counsel but were denied.

Another concern Arpaio has is that in the “100 Day Report” to the Obama Administration, DOJ investigators bragged about the accomplishment of the investigation into Arpaio before they even had any evidence or facts.

Arpaio also says the DOJ admitted it based its investigation into Arpaio solely on “media reports”. He says even Congressman John Conyers, Chairman of the Judicial Committee, said he had no facts or evidence other than what he read in the paper before he asked the DOJ to launch its probe.

Arpaio’s attorneys say they are certain this investigation is not about justice but rather about a new Washington D.C. administration that wants Arpaio to do things the president’s way, for the president’s purpose.

It’s nice to see one official with some cajones instead of submitting to the Chicago thug political machine now occupying the White House.

How stupid, how about flying one of the Presidential jets accompanied by 2 fighter jets over NYC to get a photo op of the the Presidential jet with the Statue of Liberty in the background. That meant flying down the Hudson River just like the Jihadists did for September 11th. NY Law Enforcement was informed but were told to NOT INFORM THE PUBLIC! This is about an arrogant White House who considers no one but themselves. They’re taking a page from their boss.

From Glenn Beck who was emailed this picture by a friend who saw the jets flying down the Hudson and went into a panic just like those in Manhattan who were evacuated from buildings. There were people injured in a panic to flee from buildings. Just frakkin’ unbelievable. This is another black mark for utter stupidity for the Obama White House and the Dept of Homeland Security who must have approved this little photo op.

FBI spied on TEA Party Americans

According to this unimpeachable source, a single-page confidential directive issued by the FBI headquarters in Washington, DC (FBIHQ) was sent to each of the 56 field offices located across the United States on or about March 23, 2009, instructing the Special Agents in Charge (SACs) of those offices to verify the date, time and location of each TEA Party within their region and supply that information to FBI headquarters in Washington. The source stated this correspondence termed the TEA parties “political demonstrations,� and added that the dissemination of the directive was very tightly controlled. “Not all agents were privy to this correspondence,� stated the source, who compared the dissemination to an older “Do Not File� classification.

In addition to obtaining or confirming the location and time of each “demonstration,� each field office was instructed to obtain or confirm the identity of the individual(s) involved in the actual planning and coordination of the event in each specific region, and include the local or regional Internet web site address, if any. The information collected by region was then reportedly sent to FBI Headquarters.

The source alleges that a second directive was issued on or about April 6, 2009 that reportedly instructed each SAC to coordinate and conduct, either at the field office level and/or with the appropriate resident agency, covert video surveillance and data collection of the participants of the TEA parties. Surveillance was to be performed from “discreet fixed or mobile positions� and was to be performed “independently and outside of the purview of local law enforcement.�

This must be Obama’s way of paying back all non-Obama voters.

Looks like the Obama Administration has instituted an all out assault on Combat Veterans. There’s not only the DHS Memo but now it is being reported that the FBI launched an operation in February targeting Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans.

A Feb. 23 draft memo from FBI domestic counterterrorism leaders, obtained by The Wall Street Journal, cited an “increase in recruitment, threatening communications and weapons procurement by white supremacy extremist and militia/sovereign-citizen extremist groups.”

The FBI said in the memo that its conclusion about a surge in such activities was based on confidential sources, undercover operations, reporting from other law-enforcement agencies and publicly available information. The memo said the main goal of the multipronged operation was to get a better handle on “the scope of this emerging threat.” The operation also seeks to identify gaps in intelligence efforts surrounding these groups and their leaders.

The aim of the FBI’s effort with the Defense Department, which was rolled into the Vigilant Eagle program, is to “share information regarding Iraqi and Afghanistan war veterans whose involvement in white supremacy and/or militia sovereign citizen extremist groups poses a domestic terrorism threat,” according to the Feb. 23 FBI memo.

I’m sure that President Bush is responsible for this, that seems to be the reply for anything from the Obama Administration that targets Veterans or anyone who doesn’t agree with Obama’s actions.

Are you pro-life? Are you pro-2nd Amendment? Are you a combat Veteran? Did you attend a Tea Party? Are you anti-government? Are you anti illegal alien?

If you answered yes to any one of these questions then you too can be classified as a ‘Rightwing Extremist’ by the Department of Homeland Security and are a risk to the country.

Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano Over Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism Policy

The lawsuit claims that her Department’s “Rightwing Extremism Policy,� as reflected in the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,� violates the civil liberties of combat veterans as well as American citizens by targeting them for disfavored treatment on account of the political beliefs. The Report specifically mentions the following political beliefs that law enforcement should use to determine whether someone is a “rightwing extremist�:

* Opposes restrictions on firearms
* Opposes lax immigration
* Opposes the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs
* Opposes continuation of free trade agreements
* Opposes same-sex marriage
* Has paranoia of foreign regimes
* Fear of Communist regimes
* Opposes one world government
* Bemoans the decline of U.S. stature in the world.
* Upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India
* . . . and the list goes on

The Law Center is asking the court to declare that the DHS policy violates the First and Fifth Amendments, to permanently enjoin the Policy and its application to the plaintiffs’ speech and other activities, and to award the plaintiffs their reasonable attorney’s fees and costs for having to bring the lawsuit.

Good for the Thomas Moore Law Center, any focus on this will keep it in the news. You never know, one day network news just might report on this.

Texas State Senator, Dan Patrick, was on FoxNews this morning at 8:45am. He said he had some “breaking news to share�. Boy was it!!! The Texas State Legislature had been trying very hard to get the Obama Administration to respond to a critical situation on the Texas Border. The Administration had not gotten back with Texas as of last night. So the State of Texas told Washington D.C. basically they could go jump, and “we’ll take care of Texas!�. As of last night… the Texas National Guard has been put on High Alert!!! This is the first time in history! Texas tried, desperately to get Washington’s approval… but when they could not get it… they acted on their own. Which I say…. it’s about damn time!!! I personally applaud the guts it took to defy the Fed’s and act in our best interest! In case you are unaware of what the problems are …. Sen. Dan Patrick spelled it out nicely!

1) 100’s of PRO-DRUG CARTEL Mexicans were blocking the entrance to the United States, yesterday and today, banging cars, shouting and holding signs. 10 people were killed Wed. and 12 more yesterday at the border (5 of which were children!!!)
2) They aren’t sure … but they think the Drug Cartel is paying the demonstrators to do what they’re doing.
3) This will spill over into the States! Mr. Patrick, and the other State officials,. are convinced that road-side bombs and car bombs will make it across the border and WILL NOT allow that to happen!!
4) Mexico is breaking out in Civil War in the western part of the border and they expect it to spread the entire border with no end in sight.
5) The National Guard will be activated as the scenario worsens and is on Alert now and will remain so until (and IF) Washington does something to end the danger on the border (Yeah… like that’s gonna happen!).
