The Post American President doesn’t think it’s a good thing for Haitians to know which relief installation is from the United States of America. Just because every other country providing assistance in Haiti is flying their country’s flag Obama thinks if the US flies it’s flag that would indicate we are an OCCUPYING FORCE! This man is ashamed of his country.

Never mind that all the other nations have their flags proudly flying above their military relief installations in Haiti. Even Croatia has its coat of arms flying outside its base. Yet not the U.S. Army. No U.S. flag flies anywhere despite the fact that we are far and away the largest force and have supplied the most relief supplies and money to the earthquake recovery effort.

According to USAID, as of January 19, 2010 the U.S. had spent $130,864,571 on aid to the Haitian people to help them recover from the devastating earthquake. By Jan. 25 that number had already increased to $179,883,065. It is only going up from there.

So why did the Obama administration forbid flying our own flag in Haiti?

“We are not here as an occupation force, but as an international partner committed to supporting the government of Haiti on the road to recovery,” the U.S. government’s Haiti Joint Information Center said in response to a query about the flag.

Obama is a disgrace to his country.

A tuberculosis infected man was allowed to board and fly from Philadelphia to San Francisco even though he is on a “Do Not Board” list. Comforting news, a man with a contagious disease is allowed to fly but they apprehended him after he landed in San Francisco, small comfort to all those passengers on the flight. Course those passengers? They never knew, nor were they informed because US Air didn’t want to cause undue alarm. REALLY.

Sick Passenger on “Do Not Board” List Flies Out of Philly

The man, who’s infected with Tuberculosis, boarded a US Airways bound for San Francisco Saturday, Centers for Disease Control officials said. U.S. Airways confirmed it was Flight 401.

He made it onto the flight even after being added to a “Do Not Board” list provided to the TSA and airlines from the CDC, officials confirmed.

snip….US Airways made the decision not to notify passengers who were on the flight, based on what the CDC told them — that there is little-to-no risk of exposure on a flight less than eight hours. This particular flight was about six hours long, according to Morgant Durrant, a spokesman for the airline.

“We don’t want to incite any undue concern,” Durrant said.

Don’t worry, a man with a highly contagious disease just sat next to you on a 6 hour flight but there’s little or no risk of exposure. A disease which is spread through the air, don’t worry though, you only sat next to this person for 6 hours!

I’m sure that Erroll Southers will be the answer to all of TSA’s problems. After all he’ll go after all those gun toting, bible thumper white Christian terrorists who are the greatest threat to our country

Now, the military judge has moved the trial of 2 of these SEALs to Iraq so the Iraqi terrorist will be able to testify lie about the alleged abuse.

If the government won’t bring a suspected Iraqi terrorist to the United States to testify about alleged abuse at the hands of a Navy SEAL, the trials of two commandos accused of not safeguarding him will be held in Iraq, a military judge ruled Monday.

In back-to-back hearings at Norfolk Naval Station, Cmdr. Tierney Carlos said Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Keefe and Petty Officer 1st Class Julio Huertas each deserve to face their accuser – alleged terrorist Ahmed Hashim Abed.

What would be even more fitting were if Obama flew the Chinese flag on September 11th since he is trying to turn September 11th into Socialism Day instead of a Day of Remembrance. None of these events would surprise me since we’ve got a Marxist in the White House.

Like you couldn’t see this coming. The Spring Hill GM plant in Tn didn’t have a chance in hell of receiving this contract. The UAW threw their union comrades in Spring Hill under the bus, they’re just following the lead of the new CEO (Obama) of GM (Government Motors). I can’t believe that Bredesen, Alexander and Corker actually thought that Obama would keep politics out of making a business decision for a business that will have nothing to do with making a profit. Government owned entities don’t worry about profits, they only worry about consuming other business’s profits.

This could work out to be the best thing for the Spring Hill plant in the long term. Another business can now come in and buy this plant. Course, if the buyer has any sense, no unions will be involved in the business.

The plant chosen in Michigan won’t be successful just as Government Motors won’t be successful. The ball has just been kicked down the road a bit with taxpayer dollars before it goes out of business. These mini cars won’t be a market seller, at least enough for the plant to be profitable.

With two strikes against it there is no way this is going to be a viable business. The two strikes, government and union ownership!

So Tennessee’s three top officials were astonished last month, in a meeting with GM, when they were told the first two criteria were “community impact” and “carbon footprint” — or how the choice would affect unemployment rates and carbon-dioxide emissions.

“Those didn’t strike us as business criteria at all,” said Tennessee Sen. Lamar Alexander, who was joined in the meeting by fellow Republican Sen. Bob Corker and the state’s Democratic governor, Phil Bredesen. Those factors, Mr. Alexander said, “seemed odd for a company struggling to get back on its feet.”

Hey, every successful business plan HAS to include those criteria right. How else will a company make a profit?

The area has one of the region’s highest unemployment rates, at 12.4%, though the Wisconsin site’s was even higher, at 12.9%. Janesville, by contrast, offered a less-expensive labor pool, according to people briefed on the plan. In Spring Hill, GM has a new, $225 million paint shop. The Orion plant’s paint shop needs to be replaced.

Set to emerge from bankruptcy within weeks, GM declined to disclose the factors it weighed in picking Orion, but said the process was free of political meddling. “It’s in the best interest of all involved to not discuss the selection criteria for the small-car plant,” said GM spokeswoman Sherrie Childers Arb. “All three plants have individual merits, but when all told, the Orion plant scenario provided the best business case.”

This kind of reasoning is what you get from government bureaucrats. These people must think taxpayers are all stupid.

“This is a developing country issue, which includes China,� Stern told reporters on Friday. “I think there is no question that a Copenhagen agreement is going to have to include mechanisms to provide the financial flows and technological assistance to developing countries.�

Pastor David Jones and his wife Mary have been told that they cannot invite friends to their San Diego, Calif. home for a Bible study — unless they are willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars to San Diego County.

“On Good Friday we had an employee from San Diego County come to our house, and inform us that the Bible study that we were having was a religious assembly, and in violation of the code in the county.” David Jones told FOX News.

“We told them this is not really a religious assembly — this is just a Bible study with friends. We have a meal, we pray, that was all,” Jones said.

Carmen Canas of NJ is suing Sally Hansen for $160 million after burning herself with the Sally Hansen wax product. Yep, Carmen put the wax in a microwave oven to melt, Carmen didn’t know that the wax would be HOT!

Carmen Canas filed a $160 million lawsuit against Sally Hansen and its manufacturer Wednesday in Brooklyn District Court in New York, WPIX.com reported.

In the lawsuit, Canas claims the hot wax boiled over in its container as she attempted to remove it from her microwave. As a result, Canas said she sustained severe burns on her lower back, breast and right thigh. The 38-year-old went for treatment at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken, N.J. and was later transferred to a burn unit of another hospital, according to the news station.
