This is the story about Rep Lincoln Davis voting FOR Obamacare before he voted AGIN it. I’ve written about Lincoln’s deception HERE and HERE.

Here’s a story I received from Pat Bugg about a Tennessean who went to Washington D.C. last weekend:

I received a call last night from a lady who attended the Tea Party meeting. She went to DC last weekend. She relayed the following TRUE story…

Annette and her daughter, Christy, were among the many who went to DC to speak with our legislators. They went to Lincoln Davis’ office. He was not there, but they spoke with someone in his office. Christy asked why he voted yes on the Slaughter Rule. The office person said he did not vote yes on the rule. Christy said, “Yes, he did…I saw it on the internet.” The office person said, “It hasn’t even come up for a vote yet.” A discussion followed and Christy became more insistent that he did vote yes which resulted in the office person telling her “You are lying!”

They left there and went somewhere in the building to get a soft drink and actually ran into Mr. Davis himself. Upon hearing that they were from Tennessee, he appeared annoyed and his response was “Why have you never come to my office in Tennessee to see me….why did you have to come to Washington.” She told him that they didn’t come to “see” him, they came to support everyone who is trying to let people in Washington know that we do not want this health care bill. She said he was very agitated and was almost rude when he was talking to them. Then Christy asked him why he voted for the Slaughter Rule. He got very angry and told them to “quit lying.” Then he said that it has not even come up for a vote yet. That made me realize what Lincoln Davis will be telling anyone who calls his office…and also tells me what question we need to be asking him.

If you ask him why he voted for the Slaughter Rule. He will say he did not vote for the Rule….and he won’t exactly be lying. What he voted for was to ALLOW the Slaughter Rule. Remember that this was at a time when they did not have the votes to pass it. So they spent hours coming up with a way to get around our Constitution and send the bill to the President for his signature without an actual vote. So, first they had to vote to ALLOW it. Then, if they didn’t get the votes, they would vote to USE it. So, technically, he didn’t vote for the Slaughter Rule because they got enough votes that they didn’t have to use it. They also got enough votes that Nancy could pay him off and let him vote NO on the bill.

So, I think all of us should call his office and ask, “Why did Representative Davis vote to ALLOW the Slaughter Rule to be used?” I am dying to see what their answer to that one will be. They have already been coached to say he didn’t vote on the Slaughter Rule. Let’s see what they say about him voting to ALLOW it.

And yes, I received the same response from Lincoln’s local office. He didn’t vote for the Slaughter Rule.

Congressman Lincoln Davis, why don’t you QUIT LYING to your constituents!
