Here’s a parking lot encounter a constituent had with Lincoln Davis. Lincoln doesn’t like to answer any questions so he usually deflects and starts up with the ‘ah shucks’ golly gee kind of talk. He talks about his grandchildren. That’s a really popular topic for Lincoln instead of the question he’s being asked.

He calls the woman in the video asking a question ‘You People’. All the while she is addressing him as Sir and he has so much respect for his constituents he calls them ‘You People’.
