The Dark and Ugly Details of HR 3200 – Obamacare (the cliff notes version by page number)

As more people are slogging through this atrocity – HR 3200 “America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009″ (better known as Obamacare) the dark and ugly details emerge.

A twitterer know as fleckman has been tweeting by line item through the bill (you can also view the tweets at his blog). This is the the cliff notes version of this 1,018 page bill. Peter Fleckenstein deserves some sort of an award, his cliff notes version of going through this horrible confiscation of our liberty via a health care bill is a tremendous contribution to all of us! Pass this information on to all you know since they will never learn the details of this bill from “professional” media.

UPDATE – July 30

Peter Fleckenstein has an update since apparently his “cliff notes” version of HR 3200 has gone viral and the Obamabots are going into a deranged snit. Polifact (that’s the Obama biased blog to check on fact or fiction regarding anything to do with Obama) is usually questionable in how they ‘interpret’ the truth.

    I would like to know what individual (s) wrote this bill. I would like them to be interviewed by Congress and the interview aired on national TV. They are the only people who know what is in this bill. I want to see their faces and know their names.

    Outstanding details!

    If ObamaKare doesn’t pass by the August recess, I doubt that it will pass at all. Enough time will lapse so that the people know what’s in the various versions of the bill, and the people will slam their elected representatives with their wishes.

    Now, should ObamaKare pass, then people will have to live with it for a few years — until the 2010 or 2012 elections. There will be an overturning of this Obamination of an administration.

I am looking for a way to authenticate the person who did the breakdown. I just want to be sure that this was from a credible source. There is so much flying around the internet right now.     Thank you for all the information you’ve provided us. It’s quite an eye-opener to see just what the government is planning.

    However, I would like to correct one assumption in your “expose”: Page 1001 refers to the implementation of any electronic devices (i.e., pacemakers, cardiac stnets, etc.) already in use in patients, or devices that will be used from the time the bill passes.

    This does not relate to a governmentally-mandated “implanted” device that would identify all consumers to the government and contain all their personal information. It simply tracks devices, such as the stents in my coronary arteries. If one of them fails, they doctors can find out where they came from, can replace them, and can, in some cases, perhaps, give the consumer the chance to sue the company for damages.

No one seems to be talking about this or asking questions. What makes them better at marriage counseling(will adulterous congressmen and senators be counselors. So many questions of why it’s hurting my head.
