As a moderate politically I cannot understand why the murder of a soldier in Ark. by a Muslim convert has not been given more coverage in our media. Why do we pick and choose which stories to give extensive coverage and not provide the same coverage on all so-called hate crimes? Is it not the role of media in a free society to inform the public?
