Dangerous Arrogance

The hypocrisy pouring out of the Democrats is like something out of the ‘The Twilight Zone’. My friend Sherry wrote a little piece on that lying sack of excrement Charles Schumer.

Dangerous Arrogance

Arrogance is not an attractive attribute but when does it become dangerous? Look into the face of US-NY Senator Charles Ellis Schumer.

Arrogance is Schumer demanding that employees of AIG return their company bonuses, or else they would be taken from them or taxed 100%.

The anger being targeted toward the people of AIG may be understandable, but it is misplaced. Senator Schumer and his fellow politicians knew about these bonuses since they were in the Stimulus Bill, that they passed. Why then was their moral outrage? He has to take responsibility for the anger expressed by Americans, precipitated by his words.

Last summer the IndyMac Bank experienced the danger of Schumer’s arrogance when he leaked to the Journal that the bank was in trouble. Few banks could survive this kind of publicity. It didn’t. Schumer expressed no remorse.

Charles Schumer graduated from Harvard Law but never practiced law. At the age of 23, he ran for and was elected to the NY State Assembly. He has lived off the public dole ever since, never holding any other job, yet he demonizes those in the private sector. He advocates class warfare and mob rule by his arrogant rhetoric.

Senator Schumer has never lost an election. This is puzzling considering his demeaning reference to the “chattering class. Again his superior attitude is evident. Do New Yorkers not care about the character of their elected officials? It is time the Senator needs to work and live under the laws he has passed, by getting a real job.

Americans need to vent their anger, but aim it in the right direction. Focus it on the people you elected to work for you. Tell them they are the problem. Tell them to stop wasting your money. Tell them to read the Constitution and revere this precious document that has served us so well and given us the greatest country in the world. Tell them we will not allow them to divide us, lie to us, or continue to fool us. Most of us are smarter than they are, and we will stand up and fight for the country of our youth.
