Bear Creek Ledger

The Ice Age Cometh

I got this photo and poem from one of my brothers in Minnesota. Where is Al Bore’s Global Warming?

It’s winter in Minnesota
And the gentle breezes blow,
70 miles per hour at 52 below!
Oh, how I love Minnesota
When the snow’s up to your butt;
You take a breath of winter air
And your nose is frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful,
I guess I’ll hang around.
I could never leave Minnesota,
Cause I’m frozen to the ground.
(Author unknown)

I just don’t know how I could have moved out of the state of high taxes and low temperatures!
