Smack Down Time
Tom Cole at the NRCC Blog is getting b*tch slapped to the point that he must be feeling like a Gumby about now.
Michelle Malkin posted about Mr. Cole’s posting about “Republican Solutions and a Positive Agenda”. He thinks we need to “update our laws”!
WOT? I think Mr. Cole and the rest of his cohorts at the GOP need to get a spine implant since it looks like they’ve lost theirs. The comments were at 857 just a minute ago and I’m sure they will climb…….
Here’s a sample
I’ve got a Republican Solution for you: Tighten the belt or lose the pants. And here’s a Positive Agenda Item for you: I Positively DO NOT need a Nanny and am tired of you thinking that I do.
Here’s a thought: Why don’t you figure out what you stand for? You’re starting to sound like you’re falling for anything. I won’t be following you there.

“This new agenda concentrates on the bread and butter issues facing every American. And it recognizes that today, more and more families struggle with balancing work, children and caring for elderly parents.”
Mr. Cole, with due respect, none of this is any of your business. Please butt out of my family management.

You know, I read all the comments about how the GOP will be “wandering in the desert” for some years to come — that’s true. But I get absolutely no satisfaction from it. Because I don’t give a rat’s ass what happens to a single one of those gutless posers on Capital Hill.
What makes me so ANGRY is that they squandered what may have been a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to actually move this nation down a conservative path. They have left the door wide open for the socialists — no, not just left it open but invited the enemy in for coffee & dessert. When I think of what my children will inherit because of this wretched, cowardly bunch of do-nothing gutless wonders — I almost can’t sleep at night.
