Ashamed that a number of our freedom loving residents in Forest Lake were feeling threatened to have their children find out how this country got it's freedom. Then honored to meet the men who make it all possible. From where I sat in the audience I did not hear the promotion of the war, but I did hear the acts of heroism that it takes to make this country great! I am a Vietnam vet wounded in action, I couldn't have been more proud to meet the people that preserve that right today! I was ashamed and proud all within a 4 hr. span.
