Healing Old Wounds - National Day of Recognition

There is a resolution which has moved through the House of Representatives to proclaim an official “Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day”.

As of August 2007 House Resolution 189 was passed and sent to the White House for final approval. Looks like things are now hung up in the Senate for S.Res.269.

You can help by contacting your Senator and sending a message to the White House requesting this resolution to be passed.

Veteran Health Issue

Few people realize that asbestos exposure is a serious
health hazard among members of the military as well as
