Chuck Muth reports that LTC Allen West will be challenging Rep. Ron Kline (D Fla) in Nov. ‘08 race in south Florida.

As many of you know, LTC Allen West of The West Report – currently engaged in engaging the enemy in Afghanistan – will be returning stateside in November to engage incumbent Democrat Rep. Ron Kline in a congressional race in south Florida. We are pleased to report that West’s Republican primary opponent reportedly withdrew from the race last week, giving West a straight shot, so to speak, at Kline next November. That’s going to be one to watch.

Oh baby. I just visited the site for LTC West and here we have another target for the NAACP and all those progressive liberals who are so open minded except when it comes to Black Conservatives!  I’m sure that LTC West has developed a tough skin and can take though.
