I don’t understand the bloodthirst of the anti-war left, their ignorant, cruel and infantile attacks on something like the following story just shows them to be intolerant, hateful and miserable dregs of society.

I found Melissa’s blog posting from a link at Free Republic and realized that I had seen the pictures on her sidebar recently. I knew it was from the site “They Have Names”.

Melissa is the fiance of Sgt. James J. Holtom who was killed in Iraq on Feb. 8, 2007, she has a tribute to her recently killed sweetheart on the back window of her vehicle. This is a blog posting about a recent encounter she had with an anti-war lefttard.

First, I was driving to the bakery to pick up a birthday cake for my boss, because we’re a cool company like that and we get birthday cake for our bosses… Anyway, I was driving along minding my own business, when a car turned onto the road and was right behind me. Okay, nothing strange yet… I saw him reading my back window (Which I forgot to take a picture of so you can see… I will soon though.) which reads:

My Soldier, My Love, My Hero

Killed in Action 08 Feb 07
Land of the free, Because of my brave
.
.
.
And then he got right up next to me, flipped me off and screamed
“F*** YOU AND YOUR F***ING SOLDIER!!!”

You have to read the “They Have Names” story of James and Melissa’s courtship and see the photos of these two sweet people. I am sorry Melissa has to encounter people who have no gratitude or appreciation of the sacrifice and loss given by James and Melissa for their country. I am sorry this lefttard is allowed to continue to wander our land with impunity but then as we know cockroaches have an ability to survive scurrying about in their filthy way.
