As most people, I’m sick and tired of this continual push to pass an amnesty for illegal aliens.  Typical Dhimmicrat – Kennedy changed the bill name and number from S.1348 to S.1639.  It’s okay though for the pro-illegal alien mafia to appeal to “Hispanics” to call in support for this shamnesty bill.  The rhetoric coming out of the mouths of the shamnesty mafia is racist and bigoted in itself.

Here’s President Bush appealing to Hispanics to push the shamnesty bill.  I thought this bill wasn’t about only Hispanics?  I thought it was racist and bigoted to focus only on Hispanics.  Course, I’m always irritated when “Hispanic” is referred to as a race – it isn’t, “Hispanic” is a culture and I’d say it’s a very loose culture at that. 

The last couple weeks I haven’t really had much time to post and read up on all the strong arming tactics and machinations around this renamed and renumbered bill but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see through the veil of dishonesty surrounding the push for passage of the Kennedy shamnesty bill.  Since I’ve been painting most of this time I have been listening to alot of talk radio.  I’ve heard the hollow ploys presented by Tony Snow, Michael Chertoff, Secr. Gutierrez and a number of others.  They all have similar messages which dance and leap around the truth of this bill.

I heard all about helmet hair Lott talk about reining in talk radio.  This is about the only time Lott has done a good job, only it’s a good job for the lefttards and Dhimmicrats – giving them an opening to propose a ‘new’ Fairness Doctrine.  Yeah, kind of like the word Progressive used by liberals, lefttards and Dhimmicrats.  Name something which means the opposite of it’s name.  Fairness in this case means suppressing of free speech. Hey  Mississippi -  Lott has gotta go.  Vote him out!

Tennessee’s own Senator Lamar Alexander is playing his usual game.  Sitting on the fence and hemming and hawing.  He says he’s not for  the shamnesty but won’t say whether he’ll vote against cloture.  I’ve got news for Teflon Lamar – he isn’t fooling anyone.  People know and understand that a vote for cloture is a vote for shamnesty.  It is good to know that once again the junior Senator from Tennessee – Bob Corker has stated he will vote against cloture for this shamnesty. 

The painting phase of my remodel project is almost complete.  I’m down to the bathrooms – yay.  The skim coating of the walls are done and I started the priming last night.  Still have vanities to install.  Then it’s take a break for a few days since I’ll have family visiting for a long weekend.  After July 4th I’ll be tackling the flooring.  Then I can finally put the place back together.  Oh to be able to find something when I need it without doing a major search mission!
