US Attorney Johnny Sutton – Rule of Law Doesn’t Apply

We find out more on how US Attorney Johnny Sutton operates from Pirate’s Cove.

U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton has said that law enforcement officials must be held to the same legal standards as everyone else.

At issue is a case that has been dubbed the House of Death, after a house in the Mexican border town of Juarez where the bodies of 13 people allegedly tortured and killed by members of a drug cartel were found.

An undercover informant for U.S. law enforcement agencies, Guillermo Ramirez Peyro, infiltrated the cartel and allegedly participated in at least one of the killings.

Federal officials knew about his role in the first one, in August 2003, yet Sutton and others allowed him to continue as an informant for nearly six months, during which more murders took place.

It continues to look as though Sutton will let drug smugglers get away with not only illegally crossing our borders while attempting to smuggle drugs but will also allow them to get away with murder. But, if a Border Patrol Agent attempts pursuit of a drug smuggler, fires a gun at a drug smuggler then Sutton will do whatever it takes to put those Border Patrol Agents in jail for terms in excess of 10 years.

Johnny Sutton, that name is starting to sound like a dirty word. I have little doubt that Ramos and Compeon will be released but what I’d really like to see is Sutton himself thrown in to general population.

Keep sending letters to your congressperson about this son of a bitch prosecutor and request to get the two heroes out of prison.

This whole boarder patrol things is getting me sick. there is no doubt in my mind that George Bush , who i voted for twice, is a traitor to this nation.
i have not sympathy for him and his mob. he is in bed with the binladin family
and thus there is no way they will catch him..

Johnny Sutton is the lowest form of scum to ever walk this earth. His prosecution of the three Border Patrol agents is as a traitorous an action as I have ever seen. Everyone is up in arms about the attorney General firing eight U.S. Attorneys. Why wasn’t this son of a bitch included with the other eight?? That , to me is enough reason to get rid of Sutton.

I certainly hope Sutton doesn’t polute churches on Sundays.

Tonight I saw Johnny Sutton on Lou Dobbs’ (CNN) special report, “Border Betrayal”, about agents Ramos and Compean. Sutton acted like an emotional child in trying to defend his despicable behavior in prosecuting these 2 American heroes. Sutton behaved like a 9-nine year old caught with his hands in the cookie jar yet blatantly lieing about taking a cookie. If any Americans had the slightest doubt about the innocence of agents Ramos and Compean, Sutton certainly did the agents a service by appearing on Lou Dobbs’ program tonight and showing himself to be the liar that he is, along with his bosses — all the way up to the White House and the buck stops at King George. Sutton’s loud-mouthing will come back to haunt him.

if we give the american most idiot award, Jonny Sutton deserves that one.

I have been writing about the injustice done to Prince Georges Co. Md. Police Officer Stephanie Mohr(over 25 commendations) for many years now. She is in her 5th year of incarceration over her canine biting an illegal alien twice convicted of burglary and deported, the alien receiving 8 stitches.
The Judge(Chasanov) in her case who sentenced her to 10 years in prison, had been sitting on her appeal for many years until last September, when she finally ruled against her, so there she sits, elegible for parole in 3 1/2 more years to go. Contrary to what you have heard on the Law Enforcement Legal defense fund, they have picked up 100% of her legal fees over the many years.
Her son is now 8 yrs old, she sees him once a month in visits. I correspond with her from time to time and get my information on whats happening directly from her. Seems her only course now is a commutation of sentence or a pardon.
The national FOP is backing her. Please take the time and write to your congressman, senator, anyone who will listen to this travesty of justice and help her. Is she a political prisoner?, what do you think?

  • Is there anything we can do such as writing our senators…governors….president to help overturn this INJUST ruling?!!!!!
