Poor Robert Braun fell in love with an illegal alien.  She got caught up in the Swift plant raids in Iowa.  He now has to spend the engagement ring money on legal fees for his illegal alien girlfriend.

Braun said that he would move to Mexico to be with her.

I say: “See ya and don’t let the door hit you on your way out”.  Course she could do what most illegal aliens do when they are deported.  They just break the law again and illegally enter the US.  I wonder whose identity his girlfriend Dulce Hernandez Vazquez stole to work at the Swift plant?  I wonder what American got their life and credit screwed up because of Braun’s girlfriend?  How much do you think it will cost in time and money for that American to straighten out their credit?  I wonder if Robert Braun would be willing to pay to clean up the mess his illegal alien girlfriend has caused?  I wouldn’t hold your breath since most of these law breakers and their supporters seem to believe they are committing a victimless crime. 

This of course is not the case.  Whether they steal an identity or resources from school education or resources intended to assist Americans for subsistance living or healthcare  – illegal aliens consume resources which then are denied to citizens.  Illegal aliens suppress wages.  Illegal aliens consume taxpayer dollars for law enforcement and incarceration.  This is not a victimless crime!

“Robert Braun saved to buy an engagement ring, but he spent the money to hire an attorney instead. Right now, he figures that’s what his girlfriend needs most. His girlfriend, Dulce Hernandez Vazquez, was cooking breakfast in the cafeteria when immigration officials raided the Swift & Co. plant in Marshalltown on Dec. 12. They arrested her and 98 others from the town,” the Des Moines Register reports. “Braun doesn’t speak Spanish. He’s a 31-year-old South Dakota farm boy who moved to Iowa for work. He fell in love with an undocumented immigrant, and he says he’ll go so far as to move to Mexico or near the border to be with her if she can’t stay in the United States.”
