The people of the United States grew weary of the teenagers running the nation and elected the son of a President to the White House. The Left and the Press hated him. They made sure, as they always do, that the world knew what a buffoon he was, how stupid he was, how poorly he spoke. And when the Death Cults struck at the very heart of this nation, that man stood tall, and refused to bow to the appeasers.

He was advised to not be hasty, to understand the grievances of those who murder the defenseless and the innocent. And he bided his time. He let the diplomats ply their trade while the Death Cultists plotted more destruction, more bloodshed, more murder. He talked to supposed allies and sought help and agreement from them. They refused him almost to a man. And while he waited the Death Cultists allied themselves with bloody Tyrants in Iraq and Iran.

Yet an investigation by The Mail on Sunday has revealed that, for all Mr Obama’s reputation for straight talking and the compelling narrative of his recollections, they are largely myth.

We have discovered that his father was not just a deeply flawed individual but an abusive bigamist and an egomaniac, whose life was ruined not by racism or corruption but his own weaknesses.

And, devastatingly, the testimony has come from Mr Obama’s own relatives and family friends.

This Weeks Soldier Was Requested By Echo9er

Sgt. Maj. Brent “The Rock” Jurgersen

Not even two near-death encounters deterred Sgt. Maj. Brent Jurgerson’s passion and eagerness to serve his country and lead his troops back home.

Jurgersen celebrated his second “alive day” anniversary January 26, 2007. It was a day of mixed emotions for him because on that same day two years ago he was given a second chance to live. It was a day that changed his life forever. While on patrol in Ad Dyuliah, Iraq, two rocket-propelled grenades struck his Humvee. The explosion killed his gunner and left Jurgersen fighting for his life, flat-lining twice on the operating table in Balad.

Afterwards, during a promotion ceremony in August of 2006, Jurgersen was selected for a command sergeant major appointment. Becoming the first full limb amputee student to attend the academy.

These brave men and women sacrifice so much in their lives so that others may enjoy the freedoms we get to enjoy everyday. For that, I am proud to call them Hero.

What is it with these Muslim cabbies?  It’s clear, Americans must bow to the demands of the miniscule minority.  Waaaa.  We’re only trying to earn a living to support our families in Somalia.  As a result, Americans must adhere to the words of Allah.  That’s according to the Muslim cabbies at the Mpls./St Paul Airport.  The Airport Commission has a different take on this though.  Guess the non-Muslim cabbies will benefit from the cabbies who have their undies in a knot over alcohol.

Muslim cabbies tell airport they won’t bend in alcohol dispute

For Abdi Mohamed, it’s not a question of whether he’ll carry passengers with alcohol in his cab. The question is whether he’ll get punished for refusing to do so.

“I am Muslim. I’m not going to carry alcohol,” Mohamed, a driver for Bloomington Cab, told a Metropolitan Airports Commission panel that gathered public opinion Tuesday regarding proposed penalties for cabbies who refuse service to passengers carrying alcohol.

Here’s a suggestion to the Muslim cabbies – get a new job, cause you’re going to need it. You’ve been given an opportunity to live in the United States of America, not Somalia. Adapt and assimilate or go back from whence you came. Of course there’s the Muslim imam who also happens to be an adjunct law professor who has to chime in…..

Hassan Mohamud, a Muslim imam and adjunct law professor at William Mitchell College of Law, said the Muslim cab drivers are only trying to support their families, both here and in their strife-torn home country, and are being placed in an impossible situation.

“If we pass this (policy) it means cutting off the lifelines of thousands of people,” Mohamud said.

Yeah, my heart is bleeding for you. No one is forcing you to drive a cab. After all, it’s always someone else’s fault for your problems. The Somali’s in Mpls. protest when the US assists Somalia against the Islamic militias, these same Somali’s cheered and celebrated in the Twin Cities when the World Trade Center was attacked by Islamic fascists and yet we still accept these ungrateful people as refugees. They then want to stain our legal system with their whining baseless lawsuits.  But that won’t stop them from trying to force their beliefs and Islam on the unbelievers!  The Islamists will use whatever tool is available and that includes the Supreme Court.

“This is a religious freedom issue, and it will not end here,” Abdi said. “It will go to the courts, even the Supreme Court. The drivers will not relinquish their rights to be protected under American law.”

Contrary to what we heard earlier this month from Henry Waxman (D,CA) as chairman of the House Committe on Oversight & Govt Reform the 360 tons of cash shipped to Baghdad were funds frozen from Saddam Hussein’s accounts in the U.S.  This was a success story – an overwhelming success story.  I’m sure that’s why we haven’t heard more squealing from the Dhimmicrats about this!

In a column written by John B. Taylor, Undersecretary of the Treasury in the NYT:

The currency that was shipped into Iraq in the days after the fall of Saddam Hussein’s government was part of a successful financial operation that had been carefully planned months before the invasion. Its aims were to prevent a financial collapse in Iraq, put the financial system on a firm footing and pave the way for a new Iraqi currency. Contrary to the criticism that such currency shipments were ill advised or poorly monitored, this financial plan was carried out with precision and was a complete success.

The plan, which had two stages, was designed to work for Iraq’s cash economy, in which checks or electronic funds transfers were virtually unknown and shipments of tons of cash were commonplace.

In the first stage, the United States would pay Iraqi government employees and pensioners in American dollars. These were obtained from Saddam Hussein’s accounts in American banks, which were frozen after he attacked Kuwait in 1990 and amounted to about $1.7 billion. Since the dollar is a strong and reliable currency, paying in dollars would create financial stability until a new Iraqi governing body was established and could design a new currency. The second stage of the plan was to print a new Iraqi currency for which Iraqis could exchange their old dinars.

The final details of the plan were reviewed in the White House Situation Room by President Bush and the National Security Council on March 12, 2003. I attended that meeting. Treasury Secretary John Snow opened the presentation with a series of slides. “As soon as control over the Iraqi government is established,� the first slide read, we plan to “use United States dollars to pay civil servants and pensioners. Later, depending on the situation on the ground, we would decide about the new currency.� Another slide indicated that we could ship $100 million in small denominations to Baghdad on one week’s notice. President Bush approved the plan with the understanding that we would review the options for a new Iraqi currency later, when we knew the situation on the ground.

To carry out the first stage of the plan, President Bush issued an executive order on March 20, 2003, instructing United States banks to relinquish Mr. Hussein’s frozen dollars. From that money, 237.3 tons in $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills were sent to Iraq. During April, United States Treasury officials in Baghdad worked with the military and the Iraqi Finance Ministry officials — who had painstakingly kept the payroll records despite the looting of the ministry — to make sure the right people were paid. The Iraqis supplied extensive documentation of each recipient of a pension or paycheck. Treasury officials who watched over the payment process in Baghdad in those first few weeks reported a culture of good record keeping.

It’s an interesting story of the planning required to accomplish this endeavor.

A Nashville cabbie made anti-Semitic statements and praised Adolph Hitler’s campaign against Jews during a religious argument that culminated when he ran over one of the passengers as he left the taxi, witnesses said during a hearing today.

The cab driver, Ibrahim Ahmed, said Hitler was “trying to rid the world of Jews,� the alleged victim, Jeremie Imbus, told the court.

Sounds like such a nice innocent Muslim guy.  Just wants to make friends in the world except of course for those ahem….JooS!  Just run em over, that’s what Hitler would do.

Sutton Withheld Exculpatory Evidence In Border Patrol Trial

As far as major finds in how badly the case of former US Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean was not only messed up, but intentionally tipped towards their conviction, legal experts say this is the biggest! The defense says that a document from the Department of Homeland Security confirms that two supervisors were on the scene the day an illegal immigrant drug smuggler claims he was shot in the butt. The defense is just finding out about this document, that US Attorney Johnny Sutton’s office had and did not reveal to them during the trial. This was all reported on CNN show Lou Dobbs Tonight last night. I’ve YouTubed the video and you can watch it below.

Why did Sutton’s office withhold exculpatory information?

Ramos and Compean said they never filed a report because supervisors were there. Sutton claimed otherwise in court. Their version of the story has now been verified and once again we see another obvious lie from the mouth of Johnny Sutton.

Jeffrey Toobin, CNN Senior Legal Analyst says this news is potentially major, as opposed to other news he does not feel is as impacting to changing the outcome of the case. Toobin says this moves things into a “new category� that may cause a new trial. Lou Dobbs says that Johnny Sutton “lied� when he said he had no choice but to offer immunity. And World Net Daily has found more information about illegal alien drug smuggler Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila still running dope into our country, after being given medical treatment at US taxpayer expense. This offense was gagged by the judge and the family of Ramos and Compean still refuse to even talk about it, for fear that Johnny Sutton will come after them.

We need and I mean NEED a full Congressional investigation of this entire case right now. We also need to know who in our government knew what, when and what orders they gave to Johnny Sutton and/or the judge. We need to know every single detail related to President George W. Bush involving this matter. It’s time to stop reading and start writing your congresspeople. We now have more than enough information to not simply be suspicious about this case, we know these men were setup!

Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media has written a fairly concise and straight forward article on SPP or Security and Prosperity Partnership which is a deliberately complicated and obtuse type of under the radar agreement to merge the United States, Canada and Mexico into the North American Union.  You will hear from the likes of Tony Snow this is just an “urban legend” but the activities of our government officials belies this cavalier response. 

Surrendering our Sovereignty

“The Security and Prosperity Partnership was launched in 2005 to ensure continued economic prosperity in Canada, the United States and Mexico, and to increase the security of citizens in all three countries,” says a release from the Canadian government. It sounds innocent enough. Those in attendance are supposed to include, from the government of Canada: Peter MacKay, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, Stockwell Day, Minister of Public Safety, and Maxime Bernier, Minister of Industry. Their Mexican and U.S. counterparts are Secretary of Foreign Affairs Patricia Espinosa, Secretary of the Interior Francisco Javier Ramírez Acuña, Secretary of Economy Eduardo Sojo Garza-Aldape, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, and Secretary of Commerce Carlos M. Gutierrez.

The Canadian government says that a “media availability” will be held so that photographs can be taken and a few questions asked of the various officials. My question would be: what is the legal basis for the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP)? My research can find no legal basis for this complicated process, now about two years old, involving the futures of our three countries.

My interest stems from covering an all-day February 16 conference sponsored by the Center for North American Studies devoted to developing a North American legal system. It occurred to me at this conference, after examining the literature provided to me and hearing the various experts on the panels, that a process has been well underway to merge not only the legal but economic, political, and social systems of the U.S., Canada and Mexico. I wondered how this was all set in motion and what justification there was legally, legislatively or constitutionally, for it to proceed.

On one level, as I discovered at the conference, much of it stems from NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement, which was pushed through Congress by President Clinton, getting majorities in both Houses, and bypassing the treaty process that requires a two-thirds vote in favor in the Senate. Clinton knew that he couldn’t get the votes that a treaty required.

President Bush, a supporter of NAFTA, entered the picture on March 23, 2005, when he issued a statement with then-Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and announced the establishment of the SPP. I had reported that the statement was signed by President Bush, but was corrected by a reader who said that, according to the SPP website, it was not. The SPP says, “The SPP is a dialogue to increase security and enhance prosperity among the three countries. The SPP is not an agreement nor is it a treaty. In fact, no agreement was ever signed.”

Yet I found a statement issued by then-Prime Minister Martin, in which he declared that “President Bush, President Fox and I signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership…” A transcript of a “press availability” from June 27, 2005, shows Carlos Abascal, the Mexican Secretary of the Interior, saying that, “Our three leaders, President Fox, President Bush and prime Minister Paul Martin have signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.”

Why would officials of Canada and Mexico say the document was signed when it was not? Are they simply in error?

I found the text on the website of U.S. presidential documents but it did not indicate a signature had been attached to it. It is not listed under the category of executive orders. I’m no lawyer, but if the document was not signed, what legal basis, justification or force can it have?

A Canadian report describes the SPP as “an international framework for trilateral and bilateral cooperation in North America” that is “not a formal international treaty” or “an overarching binding legal agreement.” But what is an “international framework” that commits U.S. officials from various federal agencies to working with officials of two other countries? Why is such a process not subjected to congressional scrutiny and approval?

It sounds suspiciously like the “non-binding resolution” that the House passed opposing President Bush’s policy in Iraq, except for the fact that, on the basis of this allegedly unsigned SPP document, federal officials have entered into other agreements with the governments of Mexico and Canada which have been signed. In other words, this is a non-binding agreement or announcement that has binding consequences on the American people. The SPP refers, for example, to a “signed” agreement with Mexico on consumer goods and a “signed” agreement with Canada on pipeline regulations. They are described by the SPP as “accomplishments.” Who signed these documents? It doesn’t say. Why should they be signed when the original agreement creating the SPP is not? It doesn’t explain.

White House spokesman Tony Snow has cavalierly dismissed concerns about this process, saying the charge that the U.S. is being submerged in a North American Union and developing a common currency with Canada and Mexico is an “urban legend.” He must be unaware of the deep involvement in this process of Robert Pastor, a former Clinton adviser and Carter official who was behind the North American legal system conference. Pastor, an adviser to every Democratic candidate for president since 1976, is the brain behind the “North American Community,” as he calls it. His support for the Panama Canal Treaty and radical forces in Latin America prompted Senator Jesse Helms, then-chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, to threaten to prevent a vote on Pastor’s nomination by President Clinton as Ambassador to Panama. Pastor withdrew his nomination. One of Pastor’s ideas, a “North American Investment Fund” to provide $200 billion to Mexico, was introduced as a bill by conservative Republican Senator John Cornyn.

Snow’s flip comment will not satisfy the growing number of conservatives who find this SPP process to be of dubious constitutionality. Free trade is one thing, but the idea of exploiting NAFTA as part of an effort to develop “North American Institutions,” including a North American Supreme Court with the power to overrule the U.S. Supreme Court, is something else entirely. Yet these are some of the ideas being seriously discussed by those, like Pastor, who believe in “continental thinking.”

The Democrats who have taken control of Congress promised increased oversight of the executive branch. The SPP deserves some of their immediate attention. But Robert Pastor shouldn’t be left off the witness list.

BTW, the Mexican trucks from 100 companies will start moving in the US under a year long pilot program. These trucks will have unlimited access across the country. If anyone thinks that trouble is not going to erupt from this action, they are seriously deluded.  If you start to hear about semi’s going into rivers or having inexplicable accidents on the interstate think of this pilot program.  Anyone who thinks truckers are going to complacently accept Mexican truckers on the road will find out otherwise.  All it will take is hearing a Spanish speaking trucker over the CB and all bets are off.
