Navy JAG & NCIS appear to have a problem
The Navy believes they’ve caught the Naval Lawyer who leaked the names of Guantanamo prisoners to unauthorized persons for use by a foreign country.
From Breitbart.com:
Lieutenant Commander Matthew Diaz, 40, is accused of copying and transmitting secret documents about war-on-terror detainees at the US naval base in Guantanamo to unauthorized persons.According to the charge documents, Diaz acted “with intent or reason to believe that the said information was to be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of a foreign nation.”

Diaz was assigned for six months in 2004 as a legal adviser at the Guantanamo base.
He was charged in July 2006 following an investigation into documents carrying detainee names and other identifying information handed over by an unnamed non-governmental organization to US justice authorities, the navy said.

The Navy seems to have a problem with Naval JAG and NCIS.
From Euphoric Reality:
When you consider the incredible corruption and misconduct
rampant–and admitted to–in the JAG and NCIS, all of it reported here,
it is really no wonder that “evidence” keeps getting leaked to the
media in the Haditha and Pendleton 8 cases, usually right on the heels of some favorable information.A few days ago, someone in the military leaked an investigative
report and photos of the scene to the Washington Post, who naturally
couldn’t publish them fast enough.
There have been leaks about the Haditha Marine case and Pendleton 8 Marine case from the beginning with Naval JAG and NCIS all too willing to convict these Marines in the media presuming their guilt instead of innocence.
