Author: What makes this murder even worse? This illegal alien was caught driving drunk last February and was released. The police say it’s because they didn’t have the evidence to charge him. I’d say it was due to a police screwup. But, the real reason Cpl Brian Matthews is dead is because the police ignore the status of illegal aliens in regards to criminal activity. Not only do most police departments across the country ignore illegal status but if they know or believe the suspect is illegal they will usually not charge the illegal and release them back into the population. It’s called the double standard. Legal immigrants and citizens would be charged with DUI, might have their car confiscated and license suspended.Â

I wonder how many more citizens need to be murdered by drunk driving illegal aliens before our law enforcement officials and Department of Homeland Security take notice. For those naysayers don’t bother to comment that there are many citizens who drive drunk. This Marine would be alive today if not for illegal alien Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano!

I also missed that Cpl Matthews date Jennifer Bower was murdered by the illegal alien.Â
A man charged with manslaughter in the drunken-driving deaths of two people was apparently in the U.S. illegally and had obtained a driver’s license in North Carolina, according to immigration officials.
Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano, 25, of Laurel, has been charged with two counts of homicide by motor vehicle in the deaths of Marine Cpl. Brian Mathews, 21, of Columbia, and Jennifer Bower, 24, of Montgomery Village.
Mathews and Bower, who were on their second date, were killed on Thanksgiving when Morales-Soriano allegedly slammed into the back of their car. Mathews had recently finished eight months of duty in Iraq and planned to leave the military in June.
Morales-Soriano, who police said had a blood-alcohol level four times the legal limit for driving, was not injured in the crash. He was being held in the Howard County Detention Center on $830,000 bail.

Jen was my best friend. Brian was an acquintance of mine and a good friend of Jen’s. I am digusted that this person was a able to drink and driver on multiple occasions and not get in trouble.
I am now conerned on his status. Since he is illegal, can he not be punished??? What does that mean for the two young, innocent, and beautiful people that were MURDERED by this pig?
I lay this directly at Bush’s feet with his open borders, call for amnesty and encouragement of law-breaking, along with his crony-no-backbone Congressmen, cheap-skate corporate swine who won’t pay for American workers, judges who won’t uphold our laws and leftist idiots who would like to see this country fall. Oh yes and the catholic church who gives sanctuary to criminals because their minds are clouded by “more people, so more money for the church”. I would blame the mexican mafia government but they could do nothing if not for our own corrupt government’s complicity. I read 25 Americans a day die at the hands of illegals. How many of us have to be sacrificed on the altar of Bush’s evil merger of the U.S. with Canada and Mexico? He has spit on his oath of office to protect us. He has a black soul to turn a blind eye to these atrocities. He has no shame. He pulled the wool over the eyes of those who voted for him, trusted him. He should be impeached and sent to jail. My condolences to the families and to all who have been harmed at the hands of illegals.

So much of this goes on here in my neck of the woods. But then I live in Mexifornia.
Some of our elected elites need to live next to a gateway house for illegals for just a month – quite an eye opener.
Bill O’Reily on Fox News is doing a report on this story tonight 12/13/2006 at 8pm EST. My aunt in New Philadelphia, OH had a new car that was struck by drinking illegals. They skipped the scene too. No one was arrested! She was told by an officer that they didn’t have insurance, licenses, had been drinking, and one even went back to his impounded vehicle and got his effects!! So now she drives an older car that she had to pay for with the small insurance payment she received…not to mention she must pay off the loan on the totaled car (for the next 4 or 5 years). Fortunately, her car wasn’t a US Marine, but Cpl Brian Matthews was. Outrage is an understatement!
All you need to pull your head out of our a**es and leave this Eduardo Raul Morales Soriano ALONE. He did NOT MURDER anybody. He got into a fatal car accident like un-ilegal people do, and walked away un-harmed. Okay, you need to understand people are people and you need to accept he was a man with a family, a heart, and a sould and never wanted anything like this to happen. So get off it and get back to your OWN lives. Thank you.

You need to get your head out of your butt – this illegal alien was driving DRUNK and he murdered two people because of his actions. He knowingly drove drunk. His blood alcohol was 4 times the legal limit. That’s vehicular manslaughter which is murder. I don’t give a rip if this illegal alien had a family because there’s a Marine who served his country who is now dead along with his date for the evening because this Eduardo broke the law by entering this country illegally and then broke the law by driving drunk. He’s a criminal and he should pay with his life as far as I’m concerned. So, get off your high horse and maybe you could muster up a bit of sympathy for the two families who have lost their loved ones because of this criminal.

It’s because of hippie ****s like you that this happened. You are a piece of crap. It is not fair that Brian was the one killed in the car accident when it should have been you.
