As is usually the situation, there’s more to the story.  Looks like at least one of the Imams has links to a terrorist supporting Islamic charity.  Also, apparently the men were doing more than loudly chanting allah, allah.  They were making anti-American Saddam supporting political comments.  Oh and they were also asking for seatbelt extenders, if you look at the photo at Powerline it doesn’t look like this would be needed. 

Powerline has some updates here, here and the most recent here.  It looks like there may be some truth to the posit this is a part of a concerted effort to create controversy by some of these Islamic groups.  Kind of a crying wolf in reverse. 

To Sean who commented on my previous post who apparently thinks this is an overreaction of knuckledragging neanderthals my wish for you is that you or a member of your family would be seated on a plane with a situation like this and let’s see how you or they react.
