Passengers passed a note to a flight attendent noting strange behavior of the Middle Eastern men. 

U.S. Airway officials tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS’ Aviation Expert Bob McNaney that Monday while Flight 300 was preparing to take off from Minneapolis to Phoenix, a passenger passed a note to a flight attendant saying they noticed ’suspicious behavior,’ among the men.

So, instead of the TSA doing it’s job of profiling it’s left up to the passengers.  Thank you Norman Minetta and DHS.  Who knows if there’s anything to this but I’d venture a guess that if these men were acting suspiciously on the flight, they were also acting suspiciously before boarding the flight.  Could be nothing, could be something but if not for these passengers we never would have found out.
