It was mistakenly attributed to Mr. Chong because he forwarded it to someone else. The orginal author, also believe it or not, is an attorney. The lack of historical perspective is breathtaking. If it is indicative of general levels of education in the U.S., then we truly live in the United States of Amnesia. Unfortunately, most of our countrymen refuse to let reality intrude on their comfy lives. They prefer the "reality" of Survivor or American Idol to dealing with the wolves that have been at our door for decades. One thing I would take issue with is the characterization of Hitler as a Christian. He may have been raised a Christian, but he was basically a pagan/occultist in his Nazi years, as were many of his top aides. Great post Toni.
