					<description>al Sadr should have been dealt with appropriately when we had the chance. Allowing him to roam around with his merry band of losers was a missed opportunity. We have paid for that a thousand times over as he's continued to be a thorn in the side of the MNF and the Iraqi people since he was allowed to walk away unscathed.</description>
