President Bush and the majority of Republicans support our troups. The media and prosecutors mentioned in this case are indeed very politically motivated, but the Democrats are behind them and every other attack on our troops. Read any newspaper or turn on the news. Who is always attacking our troops and looking to condemn any chance they get- I'll give you a clue, it's not the Republicans. What would the Republicans possibly have to gain from attacking our troops? The worse the media and Democrats can make the war and our military in Iraq look, the better for them. I can hardly think of a more unpatriotic effort to show that the US MIlitary, is losing the war from the inside out. Our soliders in Iraq and around the world are the best man, so much better than those who would turn on them for being SOLDIERS defending out country. It is unbelievable. It is totally criminal. It is gigantically shameful. This needs to be broadcast more. Many people don't know anything about it. The only person I know who talks about it is Micheal Savage and Thomas More... WE NEED A MOVEMENT at the WHITEHOUSE steps.. for a full Pardon, an Apology by the top brass. A grateful American Citizen who is praying for you guys and your families and have given finacial support to the Camp Pentelton 8. To prosecute the eight Marines for murder or other conceived crimes goes beyond rational thinking. I am a former Marine who served our country in Vietnam (1968 and 1969.) If these people are found guilty, I will also plead guilty and will either take their place in jail or be "cell mates" with them. I did, I witnessed and I live with it to this day, atrocities beyond their actions. Killing is not murder when your country, that you cherish, is on the line. With complete sincerity, Chris H.
