Ten Years Ago – June 25, 1996 – Khobar Towers

H/T to Pajamas Media.

Louis Freeh writes about the attack on Khobar Towers killing 19 U.S. Airmen and wounding more than 400 U.S. Military Servicemembers who were deployed to protect the no-fly zone in southern Iraq.  Freeh talks about the roadblocks put up by the Clinton Administration in this investigation to protect Iranian delegations in order to deflect the FBI from exposing Tehran’s orchestration of the attack.  It was only through the assistance of former President Bush which allowed the FBI to gain access to the Saudi held assassins where a break through was obtained in the investigation.  Another instance where the Clinton Administration was not serious about protecting the US against Islamic terrorists while also exposing their lack of concern for our Military members.

Remember Khobar Towers!
