Trend in Male Beach Attire - The Manthong!

Filed under: Photos-Other, Culture, Absurd or Outrageous

Ok, it’s not exactly new because I posted these pics almost a year ago.  But this is one of the most requested searches to my site.  Fox’s Dayside did mention something about this a couple weeks ago.  They were talking about a new poll on a change in trends on what women like with men’s […]

Resolution to Require Legislators to Read Constitution Each Year

30 June 2006

McCaslin reports that Rep. Conaway (R, TX) has introduced a resolution to require each member of Congress to read the Constitution once a year. How could anyone be against this? I’m wondering though just how would this be verified? Not that I think all legislators are liars, oh no, I would never think that!

Here’s an example of an effective political ad! Seriously, go watch the ad, there’s a creative political genius out there with a great sense of humour!

Update 6/30:  Well, I can’t believe it but Volunteer Voters thinks this political ad is a fake!  I do believe VV is questioning my integrity!  The noive of […]

Lost Connection

FINALLY - got my internet connection back!  Late yesterday afternoon it just went poof!  On the one hand, having a satellite connection has been a god-send.  On the other hand, it sucks at times.  But when I think of the alternative (dial up at a reaaaalllly slow rate) guess I’m happy to have this option.

GM Highwire - Auto of the not too distant future

This is just too cool.  It reminds of the video from Bill Hobbs.  It uses water converted to hydrogen to fuel the vehicle.  There’s other features that are amazing too.  From the video they estimate ten to fifteen years for this to make it to market.
Saw this through Pajamas Media which linked to James Hudnall.

You can tell these Troops we’re here and we support them.
From the petition:
Please Help and sign the petition to let the young men know they’re not in this alone, that we as a nation support them.
It’s important to let these guys know they are not forgotten. Thank you to Judy Ramsey who left this link […]

Once again the UN is trying to take away your firearms. It isn’t enough that they want have the ability to tax internationally, they all want to eliminate your 2nd Amendment Rights. Guess who’s one of the country’s in favor of this movement? Mexico!
Here’s the poop:

Here’s the story behind “The Patriot Express” for PGR’s: Rick Monday Saves Old Glory 1976

This is a very cool story which started with SSG Francisco Vasquez. This is copied in full from the forum. SSG Vasquez is deployed to Iraq currently. Here’s my original posting on the Patriot Express journey.
My name is SSG Francisco Vasquez. I am a flight medic assigned to the 101st Airborne Division. I am working […]

Update on Camp Pendleton Eight

Filed under: Military, Iraq, Support The Troops

The Defense Attorneys are now starting to talk about the case.
First of all, according to how the dominent media, liberals/anti-war types and Amnesty International define torture, these 7 Marines and Navy Medic were tortured by NCIS.
Note how they were treated:
“When you put two NCIS agents in a room with a little 19-year-old kid and threaten […]

Amazing what can be done through regulation thus circumventing legislation (no involvement from Congress). As you see from the map below there’s a statement to use existing roadways but further […]

Harold Ford Jr. - Just how serious is he really about illegal aliens?

Remember how blogger used to eat postings?  Well, Word Press does it too.  Just happened again for me.  Otay.
When I was driving this morning I heard a radio ad from Harold Ford Jr. about his strong stance against illegal aliens.  My first thought?  Is Harold telling me the truth?  And of course, he isn’t.  It’s all about […]

I’m just going to keep bringing back these same posts.  People (politicians included, except for Tancredo) just don’t seem to be taking this seriously.  It’s been a month now since my first posting on SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) which establishes the North American Union.  This union erases our US Constitution along with US borders.  Are you all okay with that?  I […]

ABC News & Haditha - BDS with a splash of Anti-Military Sentiment

Really, the dominent media doesn’t have an agenda, nor are they trying to create the news. Now, if you believe that statement I’ve got some great property in ANWAR to go for vacation……..

So I receive a phone call from a reporter at ABC News. They are working on a story […]

New Websters Dictionary for Democrats

More Mark Steyn witticisms:
You gotta hand it to these guys: “Redeployment” is ingenious. I’ll bet the focus-group consultants were delirious: “surrender,” “lose,”,”scram,” “scuttle ignominiously,” “head for the hills” all polled poorly, but “redeploy” surveyed well with all parts of the base, except the base in Okinawa, where they preferred “sayonara” — that’s “redeploy” in any […]

Support the Camp Pendleton Eight

I just completed Ilario Pantano’s book “Warlord“.  What was clear from Ilario’s trial was that NCIS did a hack job of investigating the charge against Ilario.  They based the whole charge on the voice of one witness - Sgt. Coburn, a lying, cowardly Marine who was incompetent and jealous of Pantano.  I was astounded by the […]

When big companies dump toxic waste into rivers to enrich themselves, they’re criticized by the press. But this is the same kind of thing — self-serving profiteering at the […]

Looks like Iraqi Officials are offering Amnesty to “insurrgents”!

Update - June 26th:  Amy Proctor has gone into more depth on the proposed “amnesty” reconciliation from Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Miliki.  I’m not sure where the TimesOnline pulled out the verbiage below for the proposal but it appears to be incorrect. Murtha and The Abscam Scandal

Guess I should have been aware of Murtha’s involvement in this scandal but I wasn’t. It sure is interesting though don’t you think?

Biden Smackdown! Rumsfeld Vindication!

I admit it. Joe Biden has always irritated me, he reminds me of Trent Lott. A lot of hot air which evaporates. No substance, no backbone and Biden steals from other people (read: 1988 Speech). I also admit that I’m a big fan of Sec. Def. Donald Rumsfeld. I love his speaking style and his […]

Who is Rick Monday? And, what does he have to do with Patriot Guard Riders?

April, 1976
Rick Monday Saves the American Flag
One player in particular, centerfielder Rick Monday, will forever be in my memory. It was on this day, thirty years ago, during our nation’s bicentennial, during an untelevised day game in Los Angeles against the Dodgers that two pieces of human debris took the field and attempted to burn […]

More on Preferential Treatment for Elected Officials and their kin

We’ve all recently learned it’s ok to strike law enforcement officer if you’re a member of Congress (ala Cynthia McKinney-D,GA). Course, if this were you or me, we’d be handcuffed and booked before you could blink.
We’ve also learned that if you’re a Kennedy you can crash your vehicle into a concrete barrier and not have […]
