Senate Defeats Amendment to deny Illegal Aliens Social Security Benefits

Filed under: Politics, Illegal Immigration, 2006 Election — Toni @ 2:29 pm

The Senate approved Amnesty bill also included that illegal aliens could receive Social Security benefits on wages earned for the previous 10 illegal years which they worked using a phony Social Security Number obtained fraudulently.

Could things get any more studid. Yes, they can.

Today, the Senate defeated a bill to remove this asinine action in the Amnesty Bill. It was a 50 to 49 vote defeat. Guess which Republicans voted to defeat this amendment?

Brownback (R-KS)

Chafee (R-RI)

DeWine (R-OH)

Graham (R-SC)

Hagel (R-NE)

Lugar (R-IN)

Martinez (R-FL)

McCain (R-AZ)

Specter (R-PA)

Stevens (R-AK)

Voinovich (R-OH)

Be sure to send them all a thank you note for betraying their constituents in favor of illegal aliens!
