Interesting ‘Anomaly’ with Time Mag Haditha Story

31 May 2006
Filed under: Military, Iraq, MSM on Military

Amy Proctor finds some interesting details in the Time Magazine story on Haditha.  The details evolve around a nine year old Iraqi girl whose family was killed.  As most bloggers are doing with this event, caveats are needed.  Caveat: Neither Amy nor myself are excusing behavior which results in the revenge killing of innocent civilians.  But, […]

“Kiss My American A$$” Protest Statue

30 May 2006

This is pretty awesome if you're not happy with the current situation with illegal aliens and the US Senate Bill.  Apparently home owner Art Bollinger is in that camp since he created a Statue of Liberty statue to express his displeasure with those illegally crossing the US borders.

Bollinger tells News 11 he will accept anyone […]

Illegal Alien Myths Propagandized By Politicians and Special Interest Groups

30 May 2006
Filed under: BlogBursts/Blog Memes, Illegal Immigration

How many times do we have to hear this same old rhetoric from the Pro-Globalist/Open Borders politicians?  Do they really think we believe them when they regurgitate the mantra "we need them for the jobs no Americans will work"?
John Hawkins of Right Wing News recently wrote a commentary for Human Events debunking these myths.
Tackling a […]

Haditha - Rep. Murtha needs to read about 2LT Ilario Pantano

For those who have stopped by to comment on my post (there's also recent posts about Murhta here and here  and here )about Murtha's outrageous betrayal of the Marines in Haditha because I had the temerity to think these Marines deserve a complete investigation and to be considered innocent until proven guilty.  Isn't that supposed […]

Memorial Day Message from Wade Zirkle founder of Vets for Freedom

For those who live in the area of Franklin, TN. There's a Memorial Day Service at the 5 Points War Memorial at noon today. The Republican women of Williamson County (RWWC) will be serving food and beverages after the service. Yes, the food is free. I think it's hot dogs and brownies. I'll be there […]

Rep. John Murtha’s Memorial Day Message - Marines are cold blooded murderers!

Isn't it interesting that all the Democrats are falling all over themselves to be sure to say alleged when talking about Rep. Jefferson (D-LA) who is charged with taking bribes and caught with $90,000 of cash in his freezer.  But when it comes to the Marine incident in Haditha, I don't hear any clamor against Murtha […]

Iraq Confidential with Jesse James

I just ran across this show and originally thought it was a rerun but it's a first run.  I think Jesse James got a great learning experience too.  He spent 10 days at Balad Air Base converting a gutted humvee to a souped up 1000 hwp flying machine.
It's on the Discovery Channel and is still […]

Indy 500 Parade - Patriotic Salute

The 49th annual Indy 500 Festival Parade paid tribute to Indiana’s rich culture, as well as the nation’s military.
“It makes me proud to be around all these other people that have experienced why our country’s free,” Indiana Army National Guard Spc. Ryan Rees, of C Company, 113th Medical Support Battalion, said. He was speaking not […]

Creating new interpretations of the Constitution by Hastert and Pelosi

Let's see now, there's 3 branches of government for the Federal Government.  Executive, Legislative and Judicial.  So, if you have the Executive and Judicial branches involved in the House search of  Jefferson's (D-LA) House Office how is it that one branch is trying to usurp power?  Here, let me 'splain further:  The FBI is part […]

Food Poison Strike

That would be on ME!  Hit me at 2:00am this morning.  Every half hour until 11:30am this morning.  That's a first for me, it's ugly.  So far, I've lost 4lbs of liquid.  Finally started to drink water so the throbbing in my head is subsiding a bit.
Hopefully, this will pass quickly.

Vicente Fox Approves of Senate Illegal Immigration Amnesty

The US Senate FINALLY has the approval of President Vicente Fox of Mexico.  It's said the Senators worked long and hard in an effort to please President Fox.  Since we all know that what's most important to the US Senators is to kiss the butt of Fox.  I mean, they sure don't want to please the […]

Hagel - Martinez think we’re stupid as do the majority of Senators

Here are some of what would happen if the Hagel-Martinez bill is passed.  There's a whole lot of amnesty and entitlements poured into this bill.  Senator Sessions and Senator Grassley had some good things to say yesterday but I'm sure they are spurned by their Senate compadres for calling this amnesty.  And we know how […]

Patriot Guard Ride: CW05 Jamie Weeks

I mentioned yesterday about the PGR honoring CW05 Jamie Weeks. I took a couple pics of the Riders who were able to be there.  For me, it was just rearranging a couple of appointments but there was one person who drove from Alabama.  They take time off of work, drop what they are doing to […]

Senate Republicans have lost their collective minds!

The more I read and hear about the Senate Amnesty bill, I do believe the Senate Republicans have gone to the globalist cabal.  I think they believe in the value of open borders and there is no possible reason to protect our borders.  John McCain has become insufferably smug and Arlen Spector, Hagel, Martinez, Frist, […]

See the paison's step in to help out to honor our wounded.

Beneath the Italian Embassy's clear glass rotunda, wounded servicemembers and their families accepted the ambassador's offer to host them for an evening of food, fellowship and song here yesterday.

Help make Murtha pay for his libelous charges against Marines

Diana Irey is challenging Rep. Jack Murtha in the 2006 Election.  Murtha has once again carried his vendetta against President Bush into the realm of dishonoring and libeling the USMC.

The incident in question occurred when a roadside bomb struck a Humvee carrying Marines from Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines, killing Lance Cpl. Miguel Terrazas. […]

The Dems’ Dark Side

Yes, I do believe the Democrat Party members think a strategy of a US loss in Iraq will gain them the majority in the House, Senate and maybe even the Presidency in 2008. They think if they are able to successfully revive the Vietnam years that is a good thing for the American psyche. Of […]
