The Mother Who Uses Her Dead Son To Further Her Activist Causes
Cindy Sheehan is at it again. She premeditatively lied about the treatment of her son’s remains by the Military. Along with this she is blaming the funeral home for her son’s grave not having a gravestone. The funeral home actually paid some of the expense for Sgt. Casey Sheehan out of their pocket.

“What kind of sick twist do you have to be to question the level of someone’s grief? Picking out a gravestone is an intensely personal thing. Going shopping for a piece of stone marking the death of a loved one is not something anyone particularly wants to do. It is morbid. It forces you to confront the reality of what has happened. Nobody wants to do this.
The fact that Casey Sheehan went sans gravestone for eighteen months means nothing about Cindy Sheehan’s grief or honor. Absolutely nothing.”

Sheehan’s pretense of grief is a facade. The woman is clinically insane. What does that say of her followers and those who make excuses for her?
The grave marker is a straw man. The government GIVES a marker to every veteran who served honorably. It’s not fancy (though, honestly, it’s all I want and I’ve been clear about that), but it would at the very least serve to mark his resting spot until the lunatic can complete her “intensely personal” decisions.
And, I’m afraid, it means everything about her (fake) grief and (utter lack of) honor.
