Remember This Minnesota Twit?
MN State Rep Takes Grandstanding Trip To Iraq. He’s the MN Democrat State Representative who went to Iraq for his own personal jollies.
From Mn. Democrats Exposed: Apparently John Lesch sent out a party invitation upon his return from Iraq.
I am happy to report that I am once again on American soil where I cannot legally be wire-tapped. I return to discover that the Vice-President shot a guy in the face. I have not yet read enough back-logged newspapers to yet determine if these first two sentences are correlated.

I brought spoils of war, so there will be door prizes. Please be prepared to sign in when you arrive.
Um, one more thing. No press will be allowed in.
Nothing personal, guys (seriously, I do love you) but I want to enjoy a relaxing evening with my friends who do not carry tape recorders.
After reading Lesch’s invitation I can’t help but think it the work of a giggly and immature schoolgirl.
And I’m also wondering about his “spoils of war”. Did I miss something here? Was Lesch in Iraq to assist the Troops? Or maybe the Coalition? To do some sort of good for anyone other than his own selfish ego and arrogance? Even after reading parts of his travel blog the only thing I see for a reason his being in Iraq was some sort of self gratification.
Thanks to Mudville Gazette Open Post.

Hopefully you will be able to garner some info on what happened inside the “no recorder” meeting.
