Smantix,

So, is the criteria which grants a holiday legitimacy based on people you've seen?

Just curious. You ever seen Jesus?

Meanwhile, the head NiTwit counters and parries with the notion that Veterans Day is a fake holiday. And that Mother's Day is fake too. And so is "baby jesus". Mothers and Veterans are very real. I've seen them!

Kwanzaa, not so much.

If I remember correctly, the founder also loosely used some traditions from the Swahili tongued cultures to form a Kwanza tradition. Very ironic that the Swahili speaking cultures were some of the largest slave taders in Africa, selling the blacks into servitude who would later make up the African-American community which celebrate the fake Kwanza holiday. Stupidity, irony and just plain funny.

You should have considered the safe round trip as a blessing and resolve to stay away from the communist heart land. If the right wing nut jobs take over, we will drop you a line and let you know it's safe to come home. A joke of course. We miss when sane people leave.

The highest density of firearms per person in the world, after Afghanistan? That's right, Tennessee. Say hello to my relatives in Jackson, Nashville and Memphis for me. Yes, they are armed.

Remember Jim Jones? Dependent (as opposed to independent ones who think for themselves) people can be very gullible.
