This was in the Mpls. Star Tribune on 9/21 and from what Mitch at Shot in The Dark noted was this cartoonist is from The Newark Star-Ledger.

All of those saying "We support the Troops but not the War" are really thinking what the second pane says: "We Have More Than Enough Troops To Screw Up Both At Once".
