I'm not sure why anyone would not understand why Social Security needs to be changed but apparently there are people out there that still believe there's a little lockbox with their name on it for SS. When SS started the qualification age was 65 yrs old. By todays standard that should be 75 years old. Why not just change the freakin age and be done with it! I also think Congress needs to weed out many of those on SS due to other reasons outside of age. Like druggies, alcoholics, obesity.....this program was never intended to cover made up disabilities. I've got no issue with those who have true disabilities either physical or mental but these "disabilities" are personally invoked and don't tell me it's in the genes! I'm serious about just changing the age and yes it will affect me but then I've never planned on SS nor have I planned on retiring at 65.

Anyway, Larry has some good points for Black Americans to support the plan. It will be interesting to see how the so-called Black Leadership picks up on this. How much you bet they rip George and the Republicans a new one? I'm guessing it boils down to racism, course that would be racism on the part of Jesse and Al and NAACP and Julian Bond and who's that Nation of Islam guy.
Update: Louis Farakon!
