1/15/2005 04:24:26 PM|||Toni|||I sure wish I could have heard this debate. I read a ruling by SCOTUS where Justice O'Connor cited international law for the basis of her vote. I don't remember what the vote was on but at the time all I could think was and people say that judges of the left aren't activist? What does international law have to do with the US?
